50k tris / Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag. I created this character from scratch for a client who is working on a mod series for GTAV, and he provided the basic guidelines of the design. I used marvelous designer for the clothes and the rest was done in zbrush and completely textured in substance painter. I only used Texturing XYZ for the base pore detail in zbrush for the face only, and added handsculpted detail after that.
