Malintzin (Real Time)

This is my take on Malintzin (malinche), she was a mayan woman who was enslaved by the Mexicas (aztecs), and then given also as a slave to the spaniards, who then became the interpreter and adviser to Hernán Cortés. In Mexican popular history she is considered to be a traitor, but lets not forget she was a slave to the Mexicas in the first place, and who knows what she went through. I would say she was only trying to survive, and I see her more as a strong woman, trapped between the colliding of two big empires and civilizations.
